Led by �鶹�ƽ�� faculty, the Young Leader Academy combines modern teaching methods with hands-on experience to help participants develop essential skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and international relations— preparing them for diverse roles in a globalized world.

The Young Leaders Academy is a unique and exciting opportunity, available to domestic and international cohorts upon request, for those who aspire to become influential global leaders.

Led by Distinguished American Professors

�鶹�ƽ�� professors provide an authentic and high-quality educational experience, while simulations and expert guest speakers will offer practical, locally relevant insights. �鶹�ƽ�� professors will mentor students throughout the course, helping them develop leadership skills.
Insight to U.S. Higher Education

�鶹�ƽ�� professors, in collaboration with advisors, will provide informal advice for students wishing to study at �鶹�ƽ�� and other top U.S. universities.
Organization

The program is organized and supervised by �鶹�ƽ��’s Whole of Government Center of Excellence, ensuring seamless coordination and academic excellence.
American Certification

�鶹�ƽ�� Whole of Government Center of Excellence will issue an official certificate to students, validating their successful completion of the program.
Flexible Format

The academy offers a hybrid format, combining in-person and online sessions to provide convenience and effective learning opportunities.
Duration & Cost

The program is fully customizable based on cohort size and ideal duration. Cost is based on duration and other educational factors.
