Registration Information

• Class registrations open on Mondays and close on Fridays.
• Once registered, you will receive an email from the American Red Cross on how to begin the online portion of the class. 
• A second instructional email will go out on the following Monday. It will include deadline information, a link for scheduling your in-person session, and information on when your certificate will be available.
• Be sure to note the last day to sign-up for in-person sessions, and the final completion deadline. 
• You must complete BOTH the online and the in-person portions by the deadline.
• You must sign up for in-person sessions on the Friday before. Certifications will not be valid or available until after the course completion deadline.

Certification Fee: $40
*Campus Recreation Staff required to have Safety Training are paid for by Campus Recreation

Missed or incomplete Certification Policy:

If you fail to sign up for or miss your in-person session or do not complete your certification in full within the scheduled time frame, you will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
