The Wellness & Resilience Empowerment Network
The Wellness & Resilience Empowerment Network (WREN) is a program at Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ designed to train faculty & staff as WREN Advisors to connect members of the Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ community with mental health and wellness resources.
Program Highlights
Comprehensive TrainingWREN Advisors will participate in four training sessions led by Student Affairs professionals, covering campus resources, advising techniques, and real-world wellness scenarios. |
Assessment & Direct SupportAdvisors will complete an assessment post-training to confirm readiness for their role. Once completed, WREN Advisors will meet with students, faculty, and staff as needed, guiding them to wellness support services on campus. |
Wellness PartnershipAdvisors can serve as Wellness Partners by sharing monthly wellness events within their departments to faculty & staff, fostering a culture of wellness campus-wide. |
University Service & RecognitionParticipation in WREN is a form of university service. Advisors receive a stipend for one-on-one advising and will display a WREN Advisor logo on their office doors and departmental websites. |
Application & Training
The Spring 2026 WREN Advisor training is in progress. The training includes four sessions held from January through April, each scheduled from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
