G.R.O.W.
The G.R.O.W. Program is a supportive, non-clinical initiative through Care Support Services designed to help Â鶹Æƽâ°æ students navigate academic, personal, and life challenges throughout the semester. Through individualized check-ins and collaborative goal-setting, students are paired with a dedicated Care Support Services staff member who serves as a consistent point of contact for support, resources, and guidance.
The program focuses on empowering students to build skills, strengthen resilience, and take an active role in their college experience. Participants receive help connecting to campus and community resources and developing strategies to support overall wellbeing. With priority appointment availability and personalized support, G.R.O.W. is designed to meet students where they are and help them move forward with confidence.

How to Participate?
The G.R.O.W. Program is open to all enrolled Â鶹Æƽâ°æ students and is completely voluntary. Ideally, students are signed up to participate at the beginning of the semester so they can receive a full semester of G.R.O.W. support, with at least three check-in meetings. However, students can join at any time during the semester and continue participating for as long as the program supports their goals, whether for one semester or many.
