Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ’s history gives us a unique perspective on the importance and meaning of leadership and civic engagement in a democracy. Often referred to as the “Alma Mater of the Nation,” we are in the unique position to be a national model for civic leadership.
The Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ vision statement implores us to cultivate the development of the next great leaders. It reads:

Fortunately, you have several years to explore all of the various ways you can get involved at Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ! No decisions have to be made overnight and no resume of experiences is created in your first semester. So take your time. Explore events happening across campus. Be curious about what motivates you. Identify your values. Hone in on your passions. Pursue them heartily.

Religious & Spiritual ResourcesCampus Ministries United (CMU) is a multi-faith coalition of spiritual leaders affiliated with campus religious groups at Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ. Although they are not university employees, these leaders bring together diverse faiths and gifts allowing CMU to serve as a point of convergence for shared experiences such as opportunities for worship, service, fellowship, recreation and education. |
