Incident Procedures Signage
All labs (animal and other) are required to have the flyer linked below posted in the lab that provides instructions for when individuals need to seek medical care as a result of an incident or accident in the lab.
Emergency Contact Form
If the lab has multiple protocols, a form must be completed for each protocol. These forms will be reviewed during IACUC inspections.
These forms must be updated when protocols are renewed or changed.
Please attach the form when submitting to your protocol IACUC so that they can be reviewed.
VACU Security Policy
Please observe the following security and other reminders. It is important you take these seriously. The ISC building (off hours & weekends) and your research spaces at all times are secure, restricted-access spaces that should be respected and protected.
