Microsoft Forms

Microsoft Forms grants users the ability to easily create surveys, quizzes, and polls. It works on any web browser and collects responses in real-time. Microsoft Forms provides charts to illustrate data, but users can easily export the results to Excel to receive more advanced analysis. 

 

Access Forms

You can access Forms by going to  and clicking on the Forms tile.
