  • Transition from DUO to Microsoft MFA

    Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ is transitioning all campus accounts from DUO multi-factor authentication (MFA) to Microsoft MFA. This change will provide a more streamlined authentication experience and better integration with Microsoft services already in use across campus.

  • Instructure Cybersecurity Event – Canvas LMS Update

    Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ is monitoring a cybersecurity incident reported by Instructure, the company behind Canvas. The university is working with its partners to determine whether any student data was affected and is awaiting confirmation.
  • W&M IT Transitioning to New Ticketing System on May 12

    W&M Information Technology will be transitioning to a new support portal, TeamDynamix (TDX), starting May 12.

    W&M Ranks 22nd Globally in Blackboard Ally “Fix Your Content Dayâ€

    Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ faculty and staff joined campuses around the world on November 18 to take part in Blackboard Ally’s annual Fix Your Content Day, a 24-hour global competition focused on improving the accessibility of digital course materials. By the end of the day, W&M ranked 22nd worldwide and completed more than 1,300 accessibility fixes in just 24 hours. This significant achievement reflects the university’s continued commitment to inclusive teaching and learning.
