Global Scholars Meet with Former US Ambassador to the UN
November 7th marked the annual Global Scholars Program's "Day in D.C.,” where 38 students traveled to Washington, D.C. to meet practitioners who turn research into policy. From the to the and the , we are grateful to all who made this day possible.

The day culminated with the Âé¶¹ÆÆ½â°æ community gathering at the W&M Washington Center for an evening that brought students and alumni into close conversation with D.P.S. ’23. Before the public program began, the Ambassador spent dedicated time with our Global Scholars, offering candid guidance and thoughtful answers that reflected her commitment to preparing emerging leaders in diplomacy and public service. In that intimate exchange, students experienced firsthand the authenticity and relational approach that define her leadership.
