About Duy

Duy Phạm is the Program Manager at the Â鶹Æƽâ°æ Entrepreneurship Hub, where he develops and manages programs, events, and operational systems that support student entrepreneurs and strengthen the university's entrepreneurial ecosystem. He works closely with students, founders, mentors, faculty, and community partners to create engaging experiences that foster innovation and entrepreneurial growth.

Before joining Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, Duy worked across the nonprofit, public, and technology sectors. At the Indiana Department of Transportation, he led process improvement initiatives and developed digital tools to streamline bridge inspection and asset management operations. He also coordinated international technical symposiums and managed grant-funded initiatives with the U.S. Soybean Export Council and the Aquaculture Stewardship Council. At XpertSea Solutions, he led AI technology implementations for enterprise clients across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Duy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Advanced Aquaculture and Fisheries from Can Tho University and a Master of Science in Project Management from Missouri State University.
