About Tiffany
Tiffany joined the Office of Compliance & Equity in April 2026 in the new position of Title IX & Civil Rights Compliance Case Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Â鶹Æƽâ°æ. During her graduate studies, she held an assistantship with Â鶹Æƽâ°æ’s Student Accountability and Restorative Practices, gaining experience in student conduct and restorative processes.Following graduation, Tiffany worked as the Assistant Director of Care Support Services where she supported students in navigating complex academic and personal stressors. Most recently she served as a Resident in Counseling at Christopher Newport University. She brings a trauma-informed approach to her work, with a focus on supporting individuals through complex processes with professionalism and care. She is committed to promoting fairness and equity for all students and employees involved in the Title IX and civil rights process.
