Competition

As a member of the Â鶹Æƽâ°æ Swim Team, I am part of an incredibly talented group of people who push themselves in and out of the pool every day. I knew I wanted to be a part of theTribe because of the family atmosphere, the supportive coaches, and the strong tradition of excellence. My teammates inspire me with their academic and athletic accomplishments every day, and they truly help to make a rigorous training program fun. I have learned so much about myself on this team and I've made friendships that will continue long after I graduate.

Compassion

Freshman year I was fortunate enough to find Camp Kesem, a national non-profit organization that supports children through and beyond their parent's cancer. Now, two years later, I am the co-director of this incredible organization. My involvement in the largest student-run organization on campus has taught me how to lead effectively, communicate clearly, and direct a big team towards a common goal. These valuable skills, in addition to my studies at The Mason School of Business, will prepare me well to continue to make a positive difference in the community.
