Caitlin Noe (HISP & GOVT '24)In a , Caitlin Noe (HISP & GOVT '24) analyses the domestic impact (and global ramifications) of the rescission of the 2009 endangerment findings --a rescission that effectively eliminates the legal basis for US regulatory action of greenhouse gas and climate change.

Caitlin currently serves as program coordinator for the Global Health Policy Center at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), one of the across the world.  While at W&M, Caitlin interned with the Comisión Provincial por la Memoria during her semester abroad in La Plata, Argentina, and was a research assistant for AidData.
