The “Digital Bites: Exploring African American and Indigenous Foodways in the Digital Age” symposium at Â鶹Æƽâ°æ, which will be free to the public, unites foodways and digital humanities experts to discuss the power of using technology to expand the knowledge and public engagement with Afro/Indigenous foodways and explore their roles in creating the “American food identity.”
